Parts Counter/ Service Associates
Experience: Parts, sales, or inventory: 2 years (Preferred but not required) powersports parts and service: 1 year (preferred but not required)

Compensation: $45,000 and $65,000 per year.
Major Duties:
*Greet all customers in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
*Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a courteous and professional manner.
*Develop parts & accessory knowledge as it pertains to repairs, service, and accessorizing Motorcycles,, ATVs, Side by Side, Golf Carts, etc., for the ultimate customer experience.
*Handle all customer interactions professionally and without prejudice while maintaining a positive attitude.
*Learn, understand, and utilize the company's operating system and its programs to facilitate customer transactions, product research, and inventory maintenance practices.
*Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Job Requirements:
*Ability to accept and follow directions.
*Demonstrate a willingness to work flexible hours.
*A valid driver's license
Physical Needs:
*Requires the use of both hands
*Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
