I came in on a Saturday afternoon to buy rear floor boards and left with a new bike, but not just any bike. A 2010 Stratoliner Deluxe that I wanted to customize and have ready for my trip the following week so I could blow all my friends away. The crew at Tejas worked day & night with suppliers and vendors all over the country to make my dream a reality. Friday afternoon, it came to fruition. I was blown away, so much I was scared to take delivery of it. After a while, I hopped on it and away I went to the Hill Country surprising all of my friends and family as well as the 100s of people that swarmed around the bike at ever stop. Everyone loved it and could not believe it is a Yamaha. Watch out H-D® Street Glides. The Stratoliner Deluxe is your competition. Also, for those wanting to replace an old, or new, seat or upgrade, do not waste time on buying a Corbin or Mustang. They are good seats, don't get me wrong, but nothing compared to the Ultimate seat that Brent recommended for my wife & I. We rode 1,200 miles in 2 1/2 days and our back sides never once hurt. "I have been looking to purchase a 2008 v star 250 and could not find one anywhere. I then got intouch with Yamaha USA CA. They found out that only one place had one left that wes TEJAS I called and was helped by HERNAN ALVARADO he called me back and had my bike. Hernan took care of me 1st class It took me a day to line out my finance threw my banwhen it was all done my bike was put together and ready to go. About the 250 V STAR this is a great bike holds the road well and has a great rumble with it 250 V TWIN I am a small man but also has a 650 people say after a while you want to move up to a bigger bike, theres nothing wrong if you do but with this bike there is no need to cruising speed or rolling fast she does it all with no problem. ONLY ONE THING THEY DONT MAKE ENOUGH OF V STAR 250's IF YOU FIND ONE YOU BEST BUY IT! Andre La Croix"

"I recently traded up for a pre-owned Kawasaki 600. The service from the sales staff was great! I financed through my personal bank and this took a great deal of time making the transaction but Aaron was extremely patient and kept me informed every step of the way. once the deal was made and i was on my way home, being the semi-new rider that i am, i ran into some operating issues and had a bit of a panic episode to put it mildley. I called Aaron to explain the situation and what i was having trouble with and he actually drove all the way out to North West Houston to help me!!! I was able to get a hold of friend just before Aaron made it to the scene so the issue was resolved with in minutes of his arrival but none the less - he still showed an enormous amout of concern and was extremely helpful. I would, with out a doubt, reccomend anyone that is looking to purchase a new bike or service to see you guys/gals at Tejas. Thank you all again for your assistance."

After my bike was in my local dealership (we won't name names) for 3 weeks, the issue not corrected, my YES warranty not honored because I bought my bike out of state and 2 phone calls to corporate Yamaha, I gave your dealership a shot. Your team at Tejas corrected the issue with my bike and had it back to me in 2 days. I couldn't have asked for any better treatment or service. "Jeff from the service dept took care of me when I was having major problems with the EFI on my bike. They took the time to explain what was going on, and possibly why it happened. I cant remember the mechanics name that worked on it, but he did a first class job on repairing the KQ 700 and getting me back on the trails and playing in the mud! I recommend Tejas to everyone that asks for a dealer around these parts now because of the outstanding service. Its nice to know that dealers take care of customers instead of just wanting to make a sale and forgetting about them."

"Last Saturday morning I needed a tire put my GSXR 750. I called around and no one could do it in one day. Except Tejas! So I headed that way! I got held up by a train while driving from Humble and arrived after noon. The service guys said they could put two tires on in just a short time. So I dropped off the bike and within an hour two different service guys called to inform me both tires were mounted and the bike was ready to roll! Awesome service!
